Grant Application Application Procedure Organizations applying for funding must meet the following eligibility requirements: Applicants must be a registered Canadian charity or a non-profit organization Applications from individuals will not be considered. Funds must be used for projects or programs within the Province of Ontario Presentations or site visits may be requested as part of the evaluation process. Grant Deadlines The Rotary Club of Kitchener Westmount accepts grant applications twice each Rotary year. Round 1 Application deadline: November 30 Successful applicants notified: January Round 2 Application deadline: April 30 Successful applicants notified: June Successful applicants may be invited to have one or two representatives attend a Rotary Club of Kitchener Westmount lunch meeting to receive their grant cheque, introduce their organization and project, and share how the grant will make an impact in our community. Rotary Grants can generally be used for: Helping organizations that support families in meetings life’s challenges or promoting the success of families Assisting with capital projects ( brick and mortar, equipment acquisitions) and/or one time expenditures.
